QA/QC Introduction

Bearing in mind that quality standards predetermine product sales, we have set up a strict quality control system. Our factory has received ISO9001 certification, covering all research, manufacturing, technological arrangement and QC processes.

We have implemented a comprehensive checking system that covers all phases of the production process. These measures start with inspection of incoming materials, through assembly and then to packing. All items are checked at each stage, with every semi-product required to pass inspection before proceeding to the next stage. Now, we have 170 staff, including 65 IQC employees, 95 POQC employees and 10 QA employees.

With the aim of maintaining customers’ benefits, the QA team inspects all products according to our own inspection standard (MK-STD-105C Major 0.65 / Minor 1.5). Due to their efforts, we always feel proud of our product quality.

Customers’ demands provide our motivation, with client satisfaction our ultimate target. We will continue to spare no efforts in challenging ourselves to achieve higher quality standards.
